Before You Book

Booking Policy

Please read and agree to our salon policies before proceeding.

Non-Refundable Booking Fee. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of your total service cost is required to secure all appointments. This fee is deducted from your final bill at the salon.

Rescheduling & Transfers. Booking fees are only transferable to another date with a minimum of 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Select All Prep Services. Please select all preparation services you require during booking. Prep services that are not booked in advance may not be accommodated on the day of your appointment.

Wig Customization. Wigs for customization must be sent to the salon 24–48 hours before your appointment. Same-day customization requests will attract additional charges.

Lateness Policy. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will incur a ₦10,000 lateness fee. Appointments delayed beyond 1 hour may be rescheduled or cancelled at the salon's discretion.

Approved Payment Channels Only. All payments — including gratuities — must be made through the salon's approved payment channels. We do not accept unofficial transfers or cash outside the salon.
